Day 1 Lima

Welcome to Lima. Transfer to your hotel in Miraflores or Barranco. Celebrate your first night in Lima with a fantastic tasting tour. Start with a Pisco Sour, enjoying views over the Pacific Ocean. Next, you’ll help prepare a classic ceviche dish. Continue to Huaca Pucllana, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner in front of one of the most important archaeological pre-Hispanic sites in Lima. Finish in Barranco for a traditional dessert.

Day 2 Lima

Half-day tour of Lima’s colonial centre and modern districts of Miraflores and Barranco. Continue to Larco Herrera Museum for a guided tour.

Day 3 Lima

Visit one of Lima’s produce markets this morning to learn about the typical ingredients of Peruvian cuisine. Afterwards you’ll have a cooking demonstration with a local chef before tucking into a delicious traditional lunch.

Day 4 Lima

Visit the gorgeous Casa Aliaga this morning, which has been in the family since Francisco Pizarro granted the land to Jeronimo de Aliaga in 1535. See the lovely Republican Era balcony, a patio covered in 19th century Italian marble, and an 1814 family chapel, whose walls were panelled with silver sheets.

Day 5 Lima

Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
