It was a fantastic tour and a marvellous experience. Thank you for putting it all together for us and for providing the pre-departure and ongoing support. We were very impressed with the incredibly smooth co-ordination, pickups and punctuality of all the drivers and guides. The initial hiccup with our late arrival at San Jose airport was an unfortunate start but was the fault of our aborted United flight and the subsequent rescheduling. In fact, that was the only problem that we encountered for the entire trip, which went seamlessly. We have kept friends and family informed of our travels and have received heaps of envious oohs and aahs about the photos that we have sent. We would have no hesitation about highly recommending your company if anyone wanted to follow in our footsteps one of these days. It not only lived up to but exceeded our expectations.
