Where to stay?
One of our favourite properties is Natural Geographic “Unique Lodges of the World” Mashpi Lodge. This breathtaking lodge is immersed in the surrounding cloud forest, so you can enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the rainforest from its outdoor terraces. But it is the activities and excursions that make your stay so special. Whether you are hiking along rainforest trails or exploring the forest canopy on the Sky Bike. Or maybe bathing under waterfalls and then gazing out over the forest from the observation tower. Regardless of how you choose to experience the cloud forest, your expert guide will help you uncover the secrets of the local flora and fauna.
